Order Processing
Orders usually ship with 1-3 business days. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day. If you have specific questions, or need assistance estimating processing and shipping time, please call us for personal assistance. We'll always do our best to accommodate your situation.
Damaged or Defective Product
We understand sometimes, items may be damaged along the way. If you received a damaged or defective product/s, it must be reported within 7 working days of delivery. An unboxing video along with photographic evidence is a compulsion and it can be sent to us at info@barkraft.in and once received and verified we'll find a way to refund you or send you a new replaced product. Problems reported after 7 working days of delivery may not be qualified for replacements or refunds.
Incorrect Product
If an incorrect product is received, please report it to us at info@barkraft.in within 7 working days of receiving your order. We may request that the incorrect item be returned to us at our expense. If the item is not returned, you may be charged for the incorrect item.
